- Listing agreement (subject to lender approval of a short sale) all commissions and closing cost will be paid out of proceeds by bank. I will provide the listing paper work.
- 2-6 months bank statements (copy)
- Last month pay stubs (copy)
- Last 2 years taxes filed (copy) must be signed.
- Authorization letter
- BPO (Broker Price opinion) authorization letter. This allows the lender to establish current market value
- Itemized monthly bills
- Mortgage statements for property
Note: Some lenders, banks, institutions and municipalities require additional items. These are just the basics.
